As an employer of a Christ Centered Business. You can make sure your employees are in a good place spiritually and personally. We offer check-in counseling to see where each person on the spiritual journey with Jesus and to see if there is anything they need counsel on. We also will allow each employee share confidently what they feel would make the company better and bring reports back to You so that you can continue to grow a company that is adding value to your employees and customers.  (We do 30 minute sessions with rescheduling for those that need further counseling)
